Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Finthriva. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Finthriva provides personal-finance tools: budgeting, expense tracking, savings goals, debt and bill management, statement analysis, AI coaching and educational content.

Finthriva is not a bank, investment adviser, or licensed financial institution. AI-generated insights are coaching aids only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Regulated decisions should be reviewed with a licensed professional.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Finthriva offers Free and paid plans (Student, Workers, Family). Paid plans can be activated by online card payment through Paystack or by manual bank transfer confirmed by our admin team.

Bank transfers are activated only after our team verifies your payment. You can speed up confirmation by sharing your payment receipt on WhatsApp (08025389814) or by email (jimtechglobal@gmail.com).

Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a plan has been activated.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting unauthorised access, no scraping, no submitting content that is unlawful, and no using the Scam Checker or AI tools to harass or defraud others.

Airtime and data purchases are fulfilled through third-party reseller APIs; fulfilment times and availability depend on those providers.

You retain ownership of the data you enter. How we collect and protect it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your records from the app and request full account deletion from Settings.

The Finthriva name, logo, design and software are the property of the Finthriva team. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI recommendations or aggregated third-party content such as financial news.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finthriva is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including financial decisions you make based on app insights.

We may update these terms from time to time and will announce material changes in-app. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
